Following her own internal rhythms, artist Cori Jacobs creates. Through her art, she balances color and form, pattern and repetition, a real and imaginary landscape of images, places and emotions. Always evolving, she explores various media from the flow of color on canvas, to the vicissitudes of heat and glaze on clay. A traveler from a young age, she divides her time between the Pacific Northwest, Asia, and coastal Mexico, where she opened Galería Agua Tierra in Sayulita, Nayarit. She continues exploring this mysterious life further, one painting at a time.
